Unit Availability Control in PDF Presentations

We’ve introduced a small but important improvement to how unit availability is displayed in exported PDFs.

What’s New?

When the “Unit Availability” option is turned OFF, available units information will now be automatically hidden in:

• All slides with “Typical Units”
• General Project PDF
• Individual Unit PDF

Specifically, the availability block in the left-hand (LH) sidebar will not be shown.

What This Means for You

You now have better control over what your clients see in presentations.

If you disable Unit Availability:

• No available units data will appear in Typical Units slides.
• The PDF will remain clean and focused on layout, specs, and visuals.
• You avoid sharing live inventory details unintentionally.

If Unit Availability is ON:

• Available units will be displayed as usual.
