We’re excited to introduce one of the most requested improvements in Reelly — a completely upgraded flow for creating Sales Offer presentations.

🎯 What’s new?

You can now select a specific unit directly from the Units & Availability section of any project and generate a sales offer presentation fully centered around that unit.

✨ Key Highlights

• Choose any unit you want to present — simply click the black folder icon next to the unit.
• A new preferences window will open, allowing you to generate a Sales Offer with that exact unit.
• The generated presentation will now include:
  • A dedicated slide with the unit’s floor plan
  • All unit-specific parameters and details
  • A layout fully optimized to highlight this exact property
• Typical units will be automatically hidden to keep the presentation clean and focused.
• If needed, you can re-enable typical units with a single toggle in the preferences.

This update gives agents more control and precision, making it easier to tailor offers to serious buyers who want to see exactly what they are getting.
